Position summary: With limited supervision, the Communications and Social Media Coordinator is responsible for internal and external communications, branding, and marketing strategies for the Department of English. This is a full-time Administrative Professional position reporting to the Chair of the Department of English. Primary duties include independent creation, management and promotion of communication content across media platforms including print and digital materials; multimedia including web, social media, digital signs and video production; and other public relations and marketing projects across constituencies. Utilizes knowledge of, and adherence to, University policies, systems and branding guidelines in creation of all communication products.
