Professor of English Education Cindy O’Donnell-Allen and CSU English alumna Molly Robbins are leading a 3-part webinar series, co-sponsored by the National Council of Teachers of English and the National Writing Project, called “Intentional Writing: Principles and Practices for Challenging Times.”

Assistant Professor Nina McConigley’s play, Cowboys and East Indians, is coming to Denver’s biggest stage! Co-written by Matthew Spangler, the play will have its world premiere with the Denver Center Theatre Company during the 2025-2026 season.
Dan Beachy-Quick, interim chair of the English department and University Distinguished Teaching Scholar, gave a public lecture on Orpheus at Boise State University on Feb. 28, as part of the Hemingway Center Reading Series.
Roze Hentschell, professor of English and chief academic officer for CSU System, recently gave a keynote talk on “Centering Humanities Leadership in Higher Education” at the Utah Presidential Leadership Fellows convening.
