Professor Louann Reid to step down as English Chair; search underway for new Chair to begin January 2025

After more than a decade of thoughtful leadership and dedicated service, Professor Louann Reid is stepping down from Chair of the English department at Colorado State University. Starting July 15, 2024, University Distinguished Teaching Scholar and Professor Dan Beachy-Quick will serve as Interim Chair through the end of the fall semester, while a robust search is conducted to hire the next Chair.
