Opening Night of ACT Human Rights Film Festival: Subject

Join us for the first screening of our eighth annual ACT Human Rights Film Festival: the documentary film Subject. This screening is in the Lory Student Center Theatre on CSU’s campus. The event will begin with a reception at 5 p.m., with the film screening beginning at 6:15 p.m. Cookies and conversation will follow.

Susanne Reisenbichler, a participant in the film, and Stephanie Sunata, impact coordinator, will be present for the reception, film, and conversation.

About the film

As tens of millions of people consume documentaries in an unprecedented “golden era,” Subject urges audiences to consider the life-altering impact on documentary participants—the good, the bad, and the complicated.

This screening is part of ACT’s eighth annual festival! ACT brings the best and most recent human rights cinema to northern Colorado. This year’s festival is March 29 – April 2, 2023.
